IN SHORT
Build backfrom the enquiry.
A trade website needs to explain the work you do, the area you cover and when you are available. Start with the enquiry you want, then decide what the visitor needs to see and send.

Answer the questions before the call.
What work do you do? Do you cover this area? When can you come? What is the price range? Have you done similar work? Use real job photos and only availability you can deliver.
An urgent call-out is not a planned project.
Urgent visitors need a tappable number and realistic response information. A project visitor needs previous work, a price range and an enquiry with photos. Give the two intentions their own entry points.
A real boundary, not a list of towns.
Describe your actual service area, travel time and exceptions. A separate place page only makes sense when it has something of its own to explain, such as a real job or a relevant local distinction.
Ask what helps you assess the work.
For a project, the source proposes postcode, type of work, timing, a photo and a phone number. This is a design outline, not a new form here. An existing site may only need better text and intake.
The monthly fee includes ongoing work.
A website is €75 a month; with an online shop it is €150 a month, excluding VAT. Build, hosting, maintenance and ongoing development are included, with no upfront build fee.
