Book a call, or ask us directly
No form that disappears into an inbox. You reach us directly, and someone who knows your project answers you. Every question has its own route, with its own opening hours and its own next step after your message arrives.
Which route suits your question
reg. C.001Five questions, five routes, the same person at the end
Most businesses put up a form and hope you choose the right category. Here you choose the route, and that determines how quickly things move and who handles them. Each route shows what you actually get back.
The five routes are not departments. All five reach the same person, which is exactly why your choice matters: it saves a round of back and forth. If you are unsure, choose the calendar or simply call. The book a call page NL explains what happens during an intro call.
All the contact details in one place
reg. C.002When you get an answer
reg. C.003The calendar keeps office hours; the phone does not
Calls can only be booked on weekdays, because someone needs to be there to take them. Reading and replying continues: a message on Sunday evening is not left until Monday. Being reachable and having opening hours are two different things.
We deliberately do not state a response time in hours. We do not measure how long an email waits on average, so any response time we gave would be an invented figure. What we can say: there is no ticketing system in between, a person receives your message, and the times in the weekly panel are the actual rules used by the calendar on the book a call page NL.
What happens after your message
reg. C.004From received to yes or no
The frustrating part of contacting an agency is not knowing what you are setting in motion. Repeated calls, or two weeks of silence. This is the full route, including the ending where we say no.
You do not get an automatic reply with a ticket number, and your message does not enter a queue. It reaches Gianluca himself, even if you write outside office hours.
Sometimes a few lines answer the question, and that is enough. More often, we ask one or two questions first, because they determine the advice you receive.
Thirty minutes, by phone or video call. We ask about how your business makes money and where opportunities are being missed. The book a call page NL sets out what you will take away from it.
If we can help, you receive a proposal with a price you can work out beforehand on the pricing page NL. If we cannot, we tell you during the same call and point you elsewhere where possible. No repeated sales calls, and no offer that expires today.
Why stop 04 is included
We deliberately work with a limited number of customers and do not take on direct competitors of existing customers. That means no is a normal outcome, and showing that here is more honest than only mentioning it during the call.
Deliberately selective, deliberately reachable
We work across the Netherlands from Huis ter Heide, with business owners who want to take their visibility seriously: from local trade businesses such as roofers, cleaning companies and dental practices to businesses looking for a complete growth programme or their own software. Our case studies show what that looks like in practice.
We are deliberately selective: we would rather work closely with a limited number of customers than have dozens of businesses that nobody really looks after
And we do not work with direct competitors of existing customers. If you choose us, we work only for you in your market. Unsure whether your question is right for us? Just ask: even if the answer is no, we will tell you honestly.

Understand first, propose later
An intro call with us is not a sales pitch. We want to know how your business makes money, where your customers come from and where opportunities are being missed. Only then do we say whether we can help, and how. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need us: we will tell you that too. The call comes with no obligation.
The quickest route is to choose a time yourself NL, with the calendar directly on that page
If you would rather email sales@theseo.nl first, we will arrange it together.
Already working with us? Then support@theseo.nl is the shortest route. Your question reaches the person working on your project. The support page explains the five things to include in your message and how we agree on its urgency.
