IN SHORT

Start with the facade.Measure after the first reply.

A window-frame enquiry begins with feasibility and recognisable work, not a binding calculator. We plan a WordPress site with a short first enquiry, your own project pages and a separate route for urgent damage. The illustrated form does not submit a real request.

Can a homeowner explain the facade before having to measure every frame?

Ask which facade and which property.

The first enquiry identifies the facade and whether the property is listed or in a protected area. The source discusses Dutch planning rules, which depend on the address and council. This introduction makes no permit decision and does not extend those rules to another country.

A project page explains the actual situation.

Use your own facade photographs, material, colour, building period and a short explanation of the work. Identify the council where relevant and describe what was resolved. The diagram is a structure, not an existing project or measured result; supplier renders do not prove your work.

Six initial fields, detailed measurements later.

Start with facade, protected status, approximate quantity, material, postcode and contact details. Photographs, frame measurements, glass type and opening direction come after your first reply. Do not force a guessed budget into the initial request. No new form is provided here.

Planned replacement and damage need different routes.

A homeowner planning replacement can read about materials, permission and the quote process. Someone with a damaged facade needs the real service area, availability and a call button. Keep these journeys separate instead of making an urgent caller complete the planned-work intake.

A monthly website with clear measurement boundaries.

Intake, a draft design and a page flowchart define the two entrances, project examples and split enquiry flow. A complete website costs €75 per month and a webshop €150 per month, excluding VAT. Both have an initial fixed term of 24 months and can be cancelled monthly after that, without a new fixed term. There is no upfront build fee. Domain and email are paid by the client. An indicative frame price needs context and is not binding before measurement. Agree project updates and technical upkeep before launch; the linked maintenance information is in Dutch.
