How Jarvis connects context, approval and organisational memory

A task has an objective and owner. Permitted context reaches an appropriate AI role, which prepares a draft with evidence. A human approves the exact version before release; approved knowledge can then enter memory. Reading this explanation does not authorise an action.

A memory item carries source, scope, version, validity, status and approval. Proposed knowledge is not automatically active. Conflicting sources need a visible review task; replaced versions remain traceable. These are described design rules, not a claim that every production safeguard has been verified.

The design records who did what and which version was involved, rather than duplicating full prompts, documents or secrets by default. A trail makes a decision reviewable, not necessarily wise. The production isolation test set and external security evidence are still outstanding.

Production authentication, isolation tests, OAuth, automated payment, client-brain provisioning and observability are not all connected or demonstrated. Incident, recovery, export and deletion exercises and an external review also remain. The demo uses fictional sample data; it does not close those gates.
