IN SHORT
One repeatable job.A human decision.
An AI employee prepares drafts, research or reports in a separate client environment. Start with a bounded workflow, approved sources and a named reviewer, not a broad assistant with undefined permissions.

What work can a colleague check?
Choose a recurring task with clear input, output and an owner. Define the allowed sources, output format and stopping conditions before building. A source folder and a review queue can be enough for a first version.
Approved knowledge, outside the chat.
Procedures, templates, terminology and prices live in versioned sources. A current price list outranks an old proposal. The assistant must distinguish approved information from assumptions.
Narrow access. A visible stop.
Agree providers, connections, retention and log visibility before real client data is processed. Sending, publishing, deletion and customer-record changes need separate controls and, where appropriate, human approval. Access must be revocable.
Test before the routine changes.
Representative and incomplete examples define acceptance. In shadow mode the assistant prepares output while the existing process remains authoritative. Handover includes access, tests, limitations and an emergency stop.
