Understand what the credit rule describes
Receiving a link uses credits and placing one earns them. The product description sets out checks for presence, dofollow and anchor text, with credits restored after repeated missing checks establish that a received link is offline for good. The log is illustrative, not an account history. Permanent placement is not promised.
Four exchange tiers, monthly paid cancellation
Starter is €0 for 10 monthly credits without payment details or an expiring trial. Growth is €29 for 50 credits, Pro €79 for 150 and Agency €149 for 500 per month. The paid tiers exclude VAT and can be cancelled monthly. More credits are not a promise of better links.

The product description specifies personal activation on working days after payment; sending a request does not place an order or activate a plan.

The registration description requires an email confirmation before login; after connecting Search Console, your profile can show your own data from the last 30 days. Participant numbers and a time to results are not given, and matching may take longer while the network is young.
Outsourcing has its own price context
The same English source separately quotes an ongoing SEO programme at €250 per month or standalone work at €65 per hour. It does not separately state VAT for those two service amounts. They are not extra LinkLoop tiers, and the paid-tier VAT statement should not silently become their tax treatment.
