Build a strong online reputation for your business
An angry customer leaves a review and gets a stock reply back. We respond on behalf of your business to Google reviews and Trustpilot, in your own tone, with a monthly overview and a plan for more good reviews.
The three figures come from your own business profile, not from a dashboard of ours. You can check them yourself at the source, and that is the whole reason we report them this way.
What is online reputation management with us
An angry customer posts a review and gets a stock reply back. You see that everywhere online, and it backfires: visitors see straight away that nobody is really reading along. We do it differently. We respond on behalf of your business to Google reviews and Trustpilot, in your own tone, not with copy and paste work.
The service consists of four parts
We monitor your reviews and follow up quickly. We reply in your tone, with a human answer instead of a template. We tackle unreasonable reviews with reports and considered replies. And we advise on timing and workflow to collect more reviews.
What we measure sits in your own business profile: how many reviews there were when we started, how many were added, and what happened to the negative ones
You get that overview every month, with the raw numbers alongside it, so you can see for yourself whether it is working.
Who this service is for
Reputation management is especially valuable for businesses where reputation is revenue: every new review affects whether a customer calls or scrolls on. Think of business owners who simply do not have time to check and answer reviews every day, but do want to know what is being said about them.
Because volume varies by business, we work with three packages: Basic, Pro and Premium
That way the service suits both a small business with a handful of reviews a month and a growing business with a lot of customer contact.
Reputation and findability reinforce each other
Working on broader visibility too? Then look at SEO improvement, the pillar this service connects to in substance. And if you also advertise actively, as in our approach for Google Ads for cleaning companies in Utrecht NL, a clean reputation counts double: whoever clicks through on an advert often checks the reviews first. If you are not looking for a stand-alone service but a plan where site, findability and advertising are steered together, the strategy programme NL is the page for that.
How it works
You start with a short intake. In it we settle on your preferred tone, and you give examples of replies you would and would not post. Once that is clear, we start straight away with monitoring and replies.
Every new review on Google or Trustpilot is tracked and answered in your style, consistently
If a review breaks the platform's rules, we file a report. We cannot guarantee reviews will be removed, but we do actively tackle unreasonable cases.
Every month you get an overview: new reviews, our replies, and what stood out
That way you stay informed without having to check in yourself every day.
When we ask, and with whose consent
Writing replies is half the work. The other half is making sure something comes in to reply to, and there is a flow behind that which is often missing. Here is what that looks like for us.
The moment
We ask at the point where the customer themselves knows whether it went well. For a job that is on the day of completion, for a treatment just after the visit, for a delivery after the first time of use. Not on the invoice date, because an invoice is not good news, and not three weeks later, because by then the memory has faded.
Who gets asked
Everyone, in the same order and with the same link. We do not put a filter in front of the question, not even in the form of an internal questionnaire that only forwards the high scores. That is one of the two hard limits Google sets, and the other is that you may not pay or reward anyone for a review. In the UK this is not only a platform rule: since 6 April 2025, fake and misleading reviews have been a banned practice under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, enforced by the CMA, with fines of up to ten per cent of worldwide turnover. The full set of rules, including the practices that felt normal for years and that you are better off dropping, is in the guide on getting more Google reviews NL.
The customer's consent
For the request we use the data you already hold on your customer. That means three things we agree with you in advance. First: the request comes from your name and through your channel, not from a list we source from somewhere else. Second: there is a way to say someone does not want to receive it again, and we respect that. Third: we do not take the text of a review or a customer’s name into your website or an advert without checking with you first, because leaving a review on a public profile is not the same as agreeing to its use in your marketing.
If we process data on behalf of your business in doing so, we sign the data processing agreement NL beforehand, setting out what we are allowed to do with it. What we ourselves do with data is set out in our privacy policy NL.
What we do not do
We do not ask for reviews from people who are not customers, we do not write the text for them, and we never ask a customer to remove an existing review. That last one does more damage than the review itself, and it is exactly the pattern a platform comes back to afterwards. We report unreasonable reviews where we can; we cannot guarantee removal.
Outsourcing is not the same as giving up control
The asking stays with you, because you are the one standing with the customer at the moment it counts. The keeping up with it goes to us. We fix this division per step at the intake, so afterwards neither of us is left waiting on the other.
What is not here is a response deadline. A review comes in whenever a customer posts it, and a promise in hours or days would be a figure we cannot deliver on. What is here is that the keeping up with it sits with us and the asking sits with you.
Who decides, and what access we need for that
Answering on behalf of your business is not possible without access to the place where that answer appears. On Google you add us as a user of your Business Profile. That is a role you hand out and can take away again yourself; ownership of the profile does not change because of it. On Trustpilot it runs through a user on your business account, with the same agreement: we get what is needed to be able to reply, and nothing more than that.
The cases that go past you first
Not every review is just a review. Sometimes it contains an accusation that is factually wrong, sometimes a staff member is named, sometimes you do not recognise the customer, and sometimes there is an ongoing dispute or an unpaid invoice behind it. In those cases we do write the draft, but we do not post it before you have seen it. The reason is plain: we only know what is in the file once you tell us, and a reply that is factually wrong does more damage than a day of silence.
Who is responsible for what
You are responsible for anything to do with a customer, a colleague or a file. We are responsible for the form: how long the reply is, in what order the points sit and in which words. That division is exactly why you do not have to approve every reply, and yet never get caught out.
If you want the key back
You remove our access yourself, in the same screen where you granted it. What is there stays there: the replies were posted under your business name and belong to your profile, not to an account of ours. There is no layer in between that we can shut off, and there is nothing to export before you can carry on without us.
What is added at each level, and what is in no package at all
Each level carries the previous one with it. Only the new part is highlighted, so you can see what the price difference is for. The bottom bar names the one thing deliberately left out of every package.

- Premium, €699 per month: priority follow-up, extensive support with disputes, a monthly plan for collecting reviews, checks on tone consistency and consultation on sensitive matters.
Not sure which package fits
The three amounts above apply to reputation management and only appear on this page; on the pricing page NL you will find the rates for SEO, Google Ads, social media, branding and websites. Or simply ask about it in a call.
Prefer to try it yourself first, and that can be free
Not every business needs a monthly fee for this. If you have three open reviews and half an hour, this work is fine to do yourself. We have a tool ready for that which costs nothing and needs no account, and we would rather you use that first than take a package that gives you too little.
The free Google reviews reply generator NL writes three different replies to a review you paste into it
The star rating you give it steers the tone: with a low score the reply acknowledges the problem and offers a next step, with a high score it says thank you and invites the customer back. You pick the version closest to your own way of talking, add a detail only you could know, and post it.
What the generator does not do, and that is exactly the difference
It does not know your customer, so it does not know what went wrong on that job. It does not check whether anything new has come in this morning. It reports nothing to a platform. And it does not remember what you replied last month, so keeping your tone the same a year from now stays your job. Anyone who keeps up with that themselves does not need us. Anyone who notices it slipping for three months running is paying here for the keeping up, not the writing.
Which page for what
- Collecting reviews yourself: the guide on getting more Google reviews NL covers the moments to ask, the channels, Google’s rules and the weekly routine behind it.
- Asking via your customer’s phone: asking for a Google review via WhatsApp NL, with messages you can copy straight over.
- One reply, right now: the reply generator above, free and with no account needed.
- Handing it over: this page, and then the three packages above are the choice.
Frequently asked questions
Do you always reply on behalf of our business?
Yes. We agree the tone with you first, and then reply consistently in your style.
Can you remove negative reviews?
Sometimes. If a review breaks Google's or Trustpilot's rules, we can file a report. We do not give a guarantee.
How does the monthly feedback work?
You get an overview of new reviews, our replies and what stood out.
Can I stop at any time?
Yes. We work with clear agreements. If it is not working, we stop.
Do you also reply to reviews that are already sitting there unanswered?
At the start we go through what is there and decide together which ones still get a reply. Answering an older review is allowed and it stands out, so it is usually worth it. If something from years ago no longer matters, we leave it as it is.
Do you also work on places other than Google and Trustpilot?
Those two are included in the service. If you are also reviewed on an industry site or a comparison site, we check at the intake whether access there is possible. Without access we cannot reply there, and we say so upfront rather than afterwards.
Can we try it ourselves first?
We would even recommend it. The reply generator from DOC.04b is free and needs no account. If you find out the writing is not your problem but the keeping up with it is, you will know straight away what you would be paying for here.
What you can do now
You do not have to change everything at once. Start with a short intake: you share your preferred tone and a few examples of replies you would and would not post. After that we take over the monitoring and replying.
