Social media as part of your marketing strategy
With us, social media doesn't work as a standalone channel, but as a fixed part of the strategy programme: the same team that looks after your SEO, Google Ads and website also decides what happens on your channels and why. That way, every post lines up with the pages and campaigns it needs to send traffic to, and nobody is watching from the sidelines.
Where the connection breaks down when social stands alone
Four links from your post to an enquiry, with the three breaks from DOC.02 sitting where they occur. Schematic: there are no numbers and no click-through rates in it, because those differ per business and this page hasn't measured them. What the diagram does show is that all three breaks sit on a boundary between two parties.
NO CONSISTENT LINE Recognition BREAK 02
NO LINK TO YOUR SITE Website visit BREAK 03
NO STEERING ON RESULTS Enquiry
A chain is as strong as its weakest link, and here there are three. This is also exactly why this page doesn't sell a standalone package: each of the three breaks arises on the boundary between two parties, and you only remove that boundary by putting it with one team. If you're only looking for video and image production, that's a fair choice too; it stands on its own and has its own page.
Social media within the strategy programme
This is the bundle story. This page describes social media as part of the strategy programme, in which we're your external marketing department for two years, remotely or with a day a week at your office. That day can also be a fixed day, but it isn't a fixed part of the service: everything's up for discussion, and work done on site costs more than work done remotely. If you're only looking for content production, with packages and prices, that stands on its own at social media with AI posts. What a programme like that looks like in practice, you can read at our social media approach NL.
Many businesses post, but build nothing up
A one-off post, a promotion, a photo of a project, then weeks of silence again. It feels active, but it usually doesn't build recognition, trust or more enquiries.
Social media only really works when it's part of your overall marketing
So not just posting, but steering on visibility, repetition, website visits and conversion, linked to your website, SEO and Google Ads. That's exactly what the bundle does: one less channel to manage yourself, and a story that's the same everywhere.
Three problems standalone social media keeps
Anyone who buys social media as a separate channel, from a separate agency or a standalone freelancer, usually runs into the same three problems.
No consistent line
Your content feels different every month. As a result, people recognise your brand less quickly, and you don't build a clear story.
No link to your website
People see your post, but there's no logical next step to an enquiry, service page, quote form or landing page. The social agency doesn't know your site, and the site builder doesn't know your content.
No steering on results
Likes say little if you don't know which content drives reach, clicks, remarketing, trust and new enquiries. That's why we don't treat social media as a standalone channel, but as a growth layer alongside your SEO, PPC and website.
This is how social media works within the strategy programme
Within the strategy programme, we choose each quarter which channels and actions will have the most impact for your business. If social media gets priority, that never happens separately from the rest.
One story, every channel
The message we set for your site and campaigns is the same one that appears on your channels. Because we work alongside you in a fixed rhythm, whether that's at the office or remotely, the input comes from your own business: projects, customer questions and results, not generic posts.
Content that leads somewhere
Every post points to a page set up for it. That works because the same team also builds and maintains your WordPress website and knows which pages convert.
How the posts get made
Production runs mostly on AI posts: images and video generated to measure for your brand and industry, no stock images and no templates. What goes into those posts we get from you, because the projects, the people and the customer questions live in your business, not with us; we schedule fixed moments for that and put the content together with you. And we mainly follow the trends: whatever format is working on the platform at that moment helps shape what a post looks like, rather than a calendar locked in months ago. The same way of working is built into the standalone packages on the social media service page.
What it costs
The strategy programme is bespoke, with a fixed monthly fee. What social media costs within that depends on the role the channel gets in your plan; there's no separate social subscription on top, how much it's used is decided each quarter within the programme.
Want just social media, without the wider programme
Then the standalone packages from the production service apply, and there are three of them. Consistent line is three posts a week for €350 a month. Higher pace is four posts a week for €450 a month. Full management is four posts a week where we also handle your comments and messages, for €600 a month. There are no other packages.
Social ads is separate from that and costs €250 a month for one platform, Facebook or TikTok, and €350 a month for Facebook and TikTok together
The ad budget itself isn't included in that; you pay that directly to the platform. The packages are cancellable monthly after the first three months. That way you know what social media would cost on its own, and you can compare for yourself whether the bundle makes more sense.
One side has price tags, the other deliberately doesn't
The two routes from the paragraph above, side by side. On the right are the five figures this page itself names, and the bars sit in proportion to each other: 350 against 450 against 600, with the two social ads figures below on the same scale and striped, because that's an add-on and not a package. On the left is an empty box, and that's not an omission but the content of DOC.04: the programme is bespoke with a fixed monthly fee, so there's no figure we could honestly put here.
- how much it's used is decided each quarter within the programme
- a day a week at your office works, including a fixed day, and remote works too; everything's up for discussion and on site costs more
- same team for SEO, Google Ads, website and social
- three or four posts a week, mostly AI posts, put together with you
- full management means we respond to comments and messages
- social ads is an add-on, excluding ad budget
- cancellable monthly after the first three months
The comparison you're making here isn't a price comparison. Route B is the only side with figures, and that's why it looks easier to judge. What sits opposite it on route A's side can't be read off a bar: the three breaks from FIG.01 aren't in it, because there's no boundary between two parties. So don't ask which route is cheaper, ask who's guarding the link between your site and your campaigns, and work out the rest after that.
Who the bundle makes sense for
The bundle suits businesses that want more channels to work together and are missing the overview: ads are already running, there's a website, there's the occasional post, but nothing reinforces anything else. For them, social media within the programme is one less channel to steer themselves.
- You have clients, projects or case studies, so we use real input instead of generic posts.
- You want to be recognised more often, not just visible but recognisably returning to the same audience.
- Your website or ads need more support, because social media gets stronger when it points to good pages and campaigns.
If you just want content made and want to keep the strategy yourself, the standalone packages on the production page are the better starting point

Frequently asked questions about social media within the strategy
What does social media cost here?
The strategy programme is bespoke, with a fixed monthly fee. What social media costs within that depends on the role the channel gets in your plan; there's no separate social subscription on top. If you'd rather take social media as a standalone service, that starts at €350 a month for three posts a week, runs through €450 a month for four posts a week, and the package where we also respond to comments and messages costs €600 a month. Social ads comes on top of that separately, from €250 a month excluding ad budget.
Why link social media to the rest?
Because standalone social media keeps running into the same three problems: there's no consistent line in it, the content doesn't line up with what's happening in the ads and on the site, and nobody can see what it delivered. Within the programme, it's decided each quarter which channels and actions have the most impact, and social media only gets priority if it has that impact.
Which businesses does this bundle make sense for?
For businesses that want more channels to work together and are missing the overview: ads are already running, there's a website, there's the occasional post, but nothing reinforces anything else. If you're only running on one channel and that's going well, a bundle is more expensive than you need, and we'll say so too.
Can I take social media as a standalone service too?
You can, and it's sometimes the better choice. The question is whether you want a channel run or a plan carried out. If you're not sure, book a call: we'll hold both routes up against your situation and you'll get an honest answer, even if that means the standalone package is enough for you. Standalone or within the programme, we work the same way: mostly with AI posts, with content we put together with you, and with the trends of the moment as the starting point.
What you can do now
Not sure whether social media should be a standalone package for you or part of the wider programme? Book a call and we'll hold both routes up against your situation. You'll get an honest answer, even if a standalone package is enough for now.
