Support that doesn't stop at a mailbox
For existing clients with a live website, campaign or AI system, there is a single point of contact for questions and problems: support@theseo.nl. You report what you see, what you expected and how urgent it is. That way the request comes in with structure, and support and the internal AI workflows know straight away what needs to happen.
Where your report lands, and who chooses that step
Three steps, getting heavier from bottom to top. You set the step yourself in the subject line of your email, and that is the first thing we read. This ladder is about order, not about a response time in hours.
The ladder is about order, not about a response time. We do not promise a number of hours on this page, because that would be a guarantee we do not have written into a contract. What the step does do is decide what gets read first. Mark everything as urgent, and the ladder stops meaning anything.
What our support is
Our support covers four types of questions. For website support you can come to us with a page you want to change, an error message, a form that is not working, WordPress, a mobile issue, speed or other technical help. For SEO or Ads it is about rankings, keywords, campaigns, tracking, reports, conversions or visibility. For AI and automation you report questions about your AI employee, the Jarvis AI brain, workflows, tools, an error in the output, integrations or new automation. And for a general client question, think of planning, access, files, an upcoming appointment or an invoice question.
Every request comes in with the same kind of information
The type of question, the priority, the page or place where the problem sits, what you see, what you expect, and whether we may take a look or log in. That structure is exactly why this page does not stop at a mailbox. A loose email is easily lost among other messages, a structured request is not. An email that just says it does not work costs us a day of going back and forth with questions.
Who this support line is for
This support line is for existing clients with something already running: an ongoing project, a live website of the kind you would expect from a WordPress specialist in Zeist NL, an active SEO or Ads campaign, or an AI system that is already set up. If you run into an error, want a small change to ongoing work, or have a technical question about something we have already built for you, support is the right route.
If you want something new built, think of a new website, a new project to improve your SEO, a quote, a conversation about an AI employee or a strategic growth call, that runs through sales or the contact page, not through support.
How a support request works
A support request follows a fixed pattern.
Your request comes in with the type of question, the priority
- Your request comes in with the type of question, the priority, your website and a description of the problem and the outcome you want.
- We check whether there is enough context to get started straight away.
- The request is passed on to the right internal workflow.
- An action follows, or if something is missing, a request for more information.
- You get a status update on progress.
There is no form here
You send your request to support@theseo.nl, and it goes faster if you put those five things straight into your email: the website or page URL, what you see, what you expected, what priority it has, and whether we may take a look or log in. Put the priority in the subject line, so it is clear on arrival whether it can wait. With that structure, support and the internal AI workflows can read your request faster, and partly automatically.
Five fields, with next to each field why we ask for it
A made-up example report, not a real email from a client. On the left is what you fill in, on the right what we do with it. A report with these five fields saves the round trip of asking questions, and that is exactly the time that matters most when something is urgent.
This is the entire form we do not have. There is no input field on this page, so these six lines are the replacement: copy them into your email and the report is complete. A report without the line "what you expected" always costs an extra round, because then we are guessing what should have happened.
What priority do you give a request
Every request gets a priority, so it is clear how quickly it gets picked up.
Normal
- Normal: a question, a small change, a text edit, an explanation, a request, or something that does not cause an immediate problem.
- Important: something is not working properly, partly blocks work, or affects clients, enquiries, campaigns or planning.
- Urgent: your website is down, a form is broken, there is a campaign issue or a payment issue, or you are losing enquiries or revenue right now.
Support or sales: which do you choose
Support and sales solve different things. Choose support for ongoing projects or existing client questions, errors, bugs or technical help, changes to a live website, questions about SEO, Ads or reports that are already running, or AI systems, workflows and automations that are already set up.
Choose sales if you want a new website built, want to start a new SEO or Google Ads project, want to request a quote, want to discuss an AI employee or the Jarvis AI brain, or want to plan a strategic growth call. That conversation starts with Book a call.
What can you do now
If you have a live website, campaign or AI system and you run into something, email support@theseo.nl. Mention the website or page, what you see, what you expect and how urgent it is, so your request gets the right route straight away. If it is urgent, put that in the subject line of your email.
