Prompts
Writing, reviewing and improving. Everyone learns why one prompt produces usable work and another just noise, and builds their own prompt library on the spot.

One training day at your location. In the morning your team learns to write prompts that produce real work and use AI in your existing workflows, in the afternoon we build further around your own use cases. By five o'clock everything is set, and it starts on Monday morning. Prefer to start smaller? A two-hour private session costs €600 excluding VAT, and the price for the full day has not been set yet. You get that in writing after the intake.

You do not solve AI with one standalone tool. We put your existing workflows and your own use cases on the table and decide, step by step, where AI saves time, and where the human stays at the wheel.
example process, arranged differently for every business
What works today has to work on Monday too. Agreements, templates and a fixed follow-up session on day 30 make sure the training sticks instead of fading away.
agreements calendar, not an actual client schedule
No inspiration session, no grand visions. Your team works with its own material all day: real emails, real quotes, real campaigns. What is already on the table by 14:00 is simply in use on Monday.
We have been building digital growth since 2017 and use the National AI Index NL to continuously measure how visible Dutch brands are in the answers of a language model: every question runs again as soon as the previous answer is older than 25 days. That data determines what we train, not the hype of the week.
After the training day we stay reachable: no ticket system, read in the evenings and at weekends too, without promising a response time in hours. Want to see how we work with AI ourselves first? Take a look at our AI approach.
Most teams use AI as if it is Google with a typing box. Someone opens ChatGPT, asks a one-off question, gets a reasonable answer and simply starts over the next day. A shame, because the tools you already have can do far more. Good AI training for your team turns that loose clicking into a fixed way of working: you learn when to reach for ChatGPT, when Claude is the better choice, and how to give it your company context, so the answers are actually about your business.
We do not believe in generic courses full of grand visions. During the training we work with your own tasks, documents, customers and processes. In a two-hour private session, online or on location, your team learns how to build a prompt, how to give context, how to check results and which workflows they can then repeat themselves. You do not need to be technical. You do need to be willing to bring real tasks from your business, because that is where you learn the most.
What your team learns, among other things:
A training is the first step, not the finish line. The real difference is not in prompting, but in memory. That is why the session also covers Jarvis, the AI brain that brings context, projects, tasks and decisions together. ChatGPT and Claude then do not have to guess every time what matters for your business. Want to keep building after the training? We will look together at which steps in AI and automation pay off the most, right up to a dedicated AI employee that prepares work with human final checks.
The AI training is meant for business owners, management, marketing teams, sales teams and small groups who want to use AI seriously. The two-hour private training costs €600 excluding VAT. What a full training day at your location costs is deliberately not on this page yet: that amount has not been set. Ask for it via sales@theseo.nl, and you will get it in writing before you commit to anything. In return you get concrete workflows your team can already use the next morning, plus advice on the logical next step for your situation.
Curious whether this fits how you work? Book an intake with us. In a short conversation we then work out together whether your team is best off starting with a training, with Jarvis, or straight away with a dedicated AI employee. If we start working together, we process personal data on behalf of your business and we sign the data processing agreement NL beforehand, setting out what we may do with that data.
We do not train with slides about other people's tools. Our own software runs live during the session, so your team sees what AI actually takes over in practice, and what it does not. Afterwards the team connects the MCP server that puts our tools inside your own AI themselves. It is public, free and needs no account and no key, so it is not a privilege you take away from the training; what you take away is knowing how to use it.
One brain between your AI tools. Jarvis remembers what your team tells ChatGPT and Claude, so nobody has to explain the same thing twice.
→ Jarvis, liveAutomatically builds internal links on your site. In the training you see how software takes over dull work, and what that means for your own processes.
→ LinkLoop on the software page NLSeven free tools straight inside your own AI, no account and no key. In the training your team connects it themselves, so you know how to use it afterwards.
→ the MCP server, publicFor teams that already use AI but keep starting from scratch. The pattern we see most often: someone opens a chat window, asks a one-off question, gets a reasonable answer and does exactly the same thing again the next day. The training is there to turn that into a way of working, not to explain what a language model is.
No. We work with whatever work is on the table that day: your own documents, your own questions, your own processes. Any explanation comes at the moment it is needed to take the next step. Everyone goes home with something usable the next day.
No. The skill that makes the difference is not technical but linguistic: writing down precisely what you want, checking what you get back, and knowing when not to trust the answer. That can be learned without any programming background, and it is precisely people who write a lot or research a lot who get the most out of it.
The difference is in repeatability. Before the training, AI produces one-off answers that differ from person to person; afterwards there is a way of working the whole team uses, with fixed prompts for recurring work and a way to check results. That is also the point where it starts saving time instead of costing it.
A training day starts with whatever is already on the table that week: your emails, quotes and campaigns. By five o'clock the prompts are sitting in a shared folder, the workflows are written down per department, and the follow-up session on day 30 is in the diary.
Prefer to start smaller first? A two-hour private session costs €600 excluding VAT; we agree the price for the full day after the intake. Email or call, and we will get it booked in.
