A Google Ads company for profitable campaigns

You want to hand Google Ads to a company that looks further than clicks alone. We build campaigns on search intent, measure with Clarity and steer on enquiries and turnover instead of cost per click. That way you know exactly where your budget is working and where it is not.

Four points where agencies visibly differ from each other

This is the choosing page, so the question is not what we do but what you should look for. Four points where agencies visibly differ, and which you can ask about yourself.

What to look forWhat you often hearWhat you should ask
The starting point
A growth percentage from somebody else's account.
A baseline of your own cost per enquiry, taken before anything is changed.
What gets steered on
Cost per click and the number of impressions.
Cost per enquiry and per customer, with conversion measurement that demonstrably works.
What you get every month
An export with graphs.
What was changed, why, and what it did, in plain language.
Who else is a client
No answer, or it stays vague.
Whether the agency also serves your direct competitor. We do not.

What you get from a Google Ads company

Choosing a Google Ads company. What to judge such an agency on before you sign, and which cities we serve. The service itself, with every sector and the full method, is on Google Ads management. If you would rather hire by the hour than on fixed monthly management, see hire a Google Ads specialist. The rates are the same on all three pages; only the question differs.

You do not want an agency that only looks at clicks. You want a Google Ads company that ties search intent, structure and conversion together, so every euro of budget returns something. We build campaigns around what people really mean by their query, not around what happens to score well in a tool.

That starts with keywords per service, product or region and with negative keywords that block the noise. Adverts match the page somebody lands on, so the click carries on logically into an action.

We do not only measure whether somebody converts, we also see why somebody drops out. With Microsoft Clarity we make friction visible through heatmaps and recordings, and we turn those findings into a concrete list of improvements for your landing pages.

  • Keywords per service, product or region
  • Negative keywords to block the noise
  • Heatmaps and recordings to find the drop-offs
  • Clear reporting on results, not on loose statistics

Your conversion pages get attention too. An advert without a strong page is money thrown away, so we work on speed, the mobile experience and a clear message at the top of the page. Forms and buttons are set up to take friction away rather than add it.

The difference with an average Google Ads agency

An average agency steers on clicks and cost per click, works with standard campaign structures and delivers monthly reports without much context. We take a different line.

  • Focus on enquiries, turnover and return instead of clicks
  • Structure per search intent and audience, not one standard template
  • Insight into performance with clear actions, no dashboards without meaning
  • Decisions based on data instead of on feel
  • Campaigns that grow with your business

You notice that difference most clearly in our Google Ads management: every choice in the campaign can be traced back to a result, not to an assumption.

Our approach in four steps

Every engagement follows the same build-up, whatever the region or sector. So you know beforehand what to expect.

Step 1: analysis and baseline. We look at your offer, margins, audience and current campaigns. You see straight away where budget leaks away and where the profit sits.

Step 2: strategy and structure. Keywords, campaigns and adverts are built up logically around intent and margin, including negative keywords and a measurement plan.

Step 3: going live and testing. Adverts, extensions and bidding strategies go live and are tested against real conversions and cost per result. Only what returns gets more budget.

Step 4: optimisation and scale. We adjust weekly on search terms, conversions and cost per result, aiming at growth that stays profitable.

Steps three and four are also where the changes Google makes to bidding land on your desk. Since 17 August 2026 Smart Bidding treats campaigns that are limited by budget differently, which we take apart in the target CPA change, and the campaign type that most often gets proposed to a small local advertiser is weighed up in Performance Max for trades.

Do you work from Tilburg or Utrecht? Then see as well how we fill this in for the Google Ads company in Tilburg and the Google Ads company in Utrecht. Those two cities are in the Netherlands; the pages are here for the English speaking owner of a business based there.

A result from practice: Witte Tanden Oisterwijk

Witte Tanden Oisterwijk, a dental practice in the south of the Netherlands, restructured its Google Ads together with us. The result: less waste and more enquiries from customers who genuinely fit the practice in that region.

  • Campaign structure on search intent, better adverts and tighter search term control
  • Landing pages that match the ad group and the offer more closely
  • Weekly optimisation moments, so search terms, bids and adverts stay current

What you get is your own baseline: what a lead costs now and how many come in, recorded before we change anything, and then laid beside it every month.

FIG.02: The scale, and why it risessheet 2/2

What more locations do to the work, and therefore to the fee

The three steps are set out literally in the costs section on this page. The bars are drawn to scale against 450 euro. The set-up amount stands separately beside them, because you pay it once and not every month.

management-scale.logamounts from this page, advertising budget not included
1 SITE OR WORKING AREA250 euro a monthset-up 500
2 TO 4 LOCATIONS350 euro a monthset-up 550
5 TO 10 LOCATIONS450 euro a monthset-up 750
How to read this. The steps rise not because more hours go in but because more structure goes in: more campaigns, more segmentation and more measuring points. The advertising budget is in none of the three steps; you pay that to Google directly and you decide it yourself. All amounts exclude tax, and a UK or Irish business accounts for the VAT itself under the reverse charge.

What a Google Ads company costs

We work with clear steps based on the number of sites or working areas, because more locations ask for more campaign structure, more measuring points and more optimisation work. That keeps the quality the same and the attention fairly divided.

  • One site or working area: 250 euro a month for ongoing optimisation, search term management, advert testing and reporting. The one-off set-up costs 500 euro.
  • Two to four locations: 350 euro a month, with more campaign depth, segmentation and extra test cycles. The one-off set-up costs 550 euro.
  • Five to ten locations: 450 euro a month for more complex accounts with several audiences, more tracking and more governance. The one-off set-up costs 750 euro.

We charge the set-up separately, because it is more than flicking a switch. It involves structure, keyword research, advert copy and conversion measurement. That way the foundation is right immediately and your budget does not go on trial and error.

Amounts are in euro and exclude tax; for a business established in the United Kingdom the place of supply of these services is where you belong, so you account for the VAT yourself under the reverse charge and we invoice without VAT (HMRC notice 741A). For an Irish or other EU business with a valid VAT number the same reverse charge applies. Our service rates for SEO, Google Ads, social media and branding are on the rates page, and the subscription prices for Jarvis and the MyParcel Dashboard on their own product pages.

Frequently asked questions about a Google Ads company

How quickly do I see results with Google Ads? You often see traffic and first signals within a few days. Steady return usually appears within a few weeks, because optimisation is a matter of gathering data, testing and adjusting.

Is Google Ads suitable for every business? Not every market pays off equally. So we first look at your margin, competition and search demand, so you do not burn budget on a channel that does not fit.

Does Google Ads work for small businesses and sole traders? Yes. With a tight structure, a good landing page and sharp search term control you can advertise profitably on a smaller budget as well.

What makes you different from other Google Ads companies? We do not steer on clicks but on enquiries, turnover and return. Everything is built on intent and is optimised continuously on cost per result.

FIG.03 · the loop that keeps runningwhat we steer on each round

The loop we steer on, and why it keeps running

This page says that a Google Ads company ties search intent, structure and conversion together, and that we steer on cost per enquiry and per customer instead of cost per click. That steering is not a moment but a loop, and the loop is below.

auction round/google ads management

01querythe search behind a service, product or region

02auctiona bid per service, product or region

03landingthe conversion page that belongs to that query

04enquirycost per enquiry and per customer, not per click

05adjustnegative keywords block the noise

The five steps are not a delivery but a loop. The auction runs again with every query, and step five feeds step one: what returns nothing goes out and makes the next round cheaper. That is why this list rolls on instead of standing still.
