What you need to know

Can visitors see what you make, and what you need for a first conversation?

A project photo shows the finished result. The explanation beside it shows what you designed, made or installed. We build your website around your actual services, projects and process, with a useful next step for a prospective client.

  1. 01

Your actual services, separating residential and commercial work where useful.

  2. 02

Your own projects, explaining the brief, your contribution and the solution.

  3. 03

A focused enquiry to discuss the work, without an automatic price promise.

The website makes your work understandable. You assess whether the brief, schedule and delivery are a good fit after the first conversation.

Costs and choices

The website. And the terms.

The agreed website, build, hosting and maintenance. We agree on pages, content and the enquiry journey before starting.

No upfront build fee. SEO, Google Ads and specialist integrations are discussed separately.

The first 24 months: €1,800 excluding VAT. Domain and email are separate. A webshop is a different offer from €150 a month.

If you leave earlier, you pay the remaining months at once. Your content is returned and your existing domain stays yours. The website itself does not transfer.

An example approach

An example of a first project enquiry

A visitor needs a reception desk for an office. They describe the space, give the town and suggest a time frame. You then discuss how it will be used, the finish and what still needs measuring before preparing a proposal.

An illustrative enquiry structure, not a submitted client request, completed client project or automatically calculated quotation. It is not evidence of results.

In more detail

01

Start with the projects you want to take on

A business opening a shop has different questions from a homeowner looking for fitted cabinetry. If you serve both, we make that distinction clear. The website explains the interior work you undertake, the clients you serve and your working area.

We describe your contribution: design, technical preparation, manufacturing, installation or a combination. A partner’s work is not presented as your own. We do not build a consumer furniture catalogue when your goal is to receive project enquiries.

02

Show what went into the finished result

An overview and a few detail photos help visitors understand a project. A short explanation covers the brief, materials and your contribution. That might include a layout decision or the reason for a particular finish, where it reflects the actual work.

We use only material you have permission to publish. Client names, identifiable residents, addresses and confidential drawings do not need to appear on a project page. Illustrative images remain clearly labelled; they do not become evidence of work your company carried out.

03

Explain the steps from an idea to installation

A prospective client wants to know what happens after an enquiry. We describe your actual steps, such as an initial discussion, site survey, design, quotation, manufacturing and installation. The order should reflect the way your business works.

Explain when measurements are checked, materials are agreed and the schedule is confirmed. An enquiry is not an accepted order or a reserved installation date. Publish lead times and availability only when you can keep them accurate.

04

Ask enough to give a useful first response

The type of space, town, proposed work and approximate timing can help with an initial assessment. We agree on the questions you need. Leave room for someone who does not yet have a finished design or precise measurements.

A first contact form does not need a full address, floor plan or technical file. If drawings are needed later, agree on how to receive them. Uploads and integrations require separate assessment; a few measurements will not generate a binding price.

05

Build a clear business website first

We agree on the company information, services, projects and contact options. You supply accurate details and available images. We review the content and mobile journey before publication, and check existing page addresses and useful content when replacing a site.

The base website price and terms appear with the offer. We do not promise unlimited pages, project entries or integrations. An online shop, configurator, client portal or automated quotation tool needs separate agreement. Ongoing SEO and Google Ads are separate services, without guarantees of rankings or contracts.

FAQ

Good to know.

Is this a complete business website or just a landing page?

A complete informational website with the company details, services, projects and contact route agreed beforehand. We define the pages and functions needed; we do not promise unlimited pages or project entries.

What do you need to present our projects?

Your own or authorised photos and a short explanation of the brief and your contribution. We discuss which images are usable and what is missing. Client names and private details need permission, and an illustration is never presented as a completed project.

Can visitors configure and order furniture immediately?

Not as a standard part of this website offer. A configurator, basket, online payment or automatic price calculator is a separate function to discuss and assess first. The base website helps visitors understand your work and send an enquiry.

Are SEO and Google Ads included?

Ongoing SEO and advertising management are separate services. We start with a clear website and enquiry route. Then we can discuss visibility that fits your services, working area and capacity, without promising a number of enquiries or contracts.
