MANSOTTI / THESEO - Document version: 1.0, 17 oktober 2026

This document version does not open sales. Only an available offer in the product checkout can be ordered. A waiting list is not a contract. The version accepted with your order is retained for that order.

TheSEO Premium business terms

If you take out TheSEO Premium for your business or profession, these terms apply, together with the general terms and conditions. They cover what you buy, the price and VAT, paying and cancelling, our 14-day money-back guarantee and what happens to data.

Who these terms are for, and who you make them with

These terms apply if you take out Premium for your business or profession, including as a sole trader or freelancer. When ordering you declare this and give your company name, your billing address and your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number (in the Netherlands) or your VAT number (in another EU country). If you are in fact a consumer, you keep your statutory consumer rights and the terms for private individuals (/voorwaarden/premium-skills/) apply.

You make the contract with Mansotti, trading as TheSEO. Payment is handled by Stripe, our payment provider; Stripe is not the seller. Your bank statement will show THESEO.

Business Mansotti. TheSEO is a trading name of Mansotti
Legal form Sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak)
Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 77834453
VAT number NL003245282B11
Registered address Albert Plesmanring 9, 3712 DA Huis ter Heide, the Netherlands. Not a visiting address; meetings take place online, by phone or by appointment
Email sales@theseo.nl
Phone +31 6 29 91 97 56

Legal basis: Dutch Civil Code, article 6:230g(1)(a) (who is a consumer). A consumer who presents themselves as a business keeps their mandatory rights; the declaration and the KvK number only make that less likely.

What you buy

TheSEO Premium is a subscription to a digital service. You connect your own AI, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to TheSEO through MCP; that AI can then use our premium skills and keep its own memory. You get the skills that are live when you order; if skills are added, at no extra cost. The skills are for use within your own organisation and not for resale or publication.

Limits and what is not included

Each subscription has a limit of 2,000 calls a day and 100 MB of memory; Premium is not unlimited. Your own AI subscription is not included. An AI can make mistakes: Premium does not give medical, legal, tax or financial advice and does not take decisions for your organisation. Check important outcomes before you act on them.

Other people's data in your memory

What you store remains yours; we do not use it to train models. For personal data we process on behalf of your organisation, the data processing agreement applies, supplemented by the product description below. The list of sub-processors remains applicable. The privacy notice explains our role for your own account and payment data.

Processing for Premium Agreement
Subject and purpose Maintaining memory, profile, log, tasks and messages via MCP; retrieving, viewing, exporting and deleting on your instructions
Duration During the subscription and the agreed export period; deletion or return afterwards under the data processing agreement
Data subjects Your users and persons appearing in information you or your AI supply through the service
Data Content supplied by you, account association, usage counters and technical audit data; only what is necessary for the service
Operations Receiving, storing, searching, displaying, returning and deleting
Restrictions No special-category or criminal-offence data, children’s data or full payment-card details unless a separately signed agreement and the required measures permit them

You determine why you process this data and ensure a valid legal basis and appropriate instructions. Your own AI provider is not automatically covered by our data processing agreement. Our general obligations on confidentiality, security, assistance with requests and incidents, sub-processors, transfers and audits continue to apply in full.

Price and VAT

For businesses Premium costs €5.00 a month, excluding VAT. On the order screen and the invoice you see the amount without VAT, the VAT and the total.

Business in the Netherlands €5.00 plus 21% VAT (€1.05): €6.05 a month
Business in another EU country, VAT number confirmed €5.00 a month, VAT reverse charged to you
Business in another EU country, without a confirmed VAT number €5.00 plus applicable VAT; the rate and total are shown before ordering
Business outside the EU cannot order online yet; please contact us

How we check your VAT number

We only apply the reverse charge once the European database (VIES) confirms your VAT number, company name and address. We keep that evidence for seven years. If the database does not confirm it or does not answer, you choose: continue with VAT, or wait until the number is confirmed. If your number is confirmed later, you receive a credit note and a new invoice without VAT.

Legal basis: Implementing Regulation (EU) No 282/2011, article 18 (confirmation of number, name and address; without a number the customer is treated as a private individual).

Ordering, paying and invoices

How your order is placed

Your order is placed when you click "Order with obligation to pay". You then pay on Stripe's secure payment page; if you do not pay within two hours, the order lapses. We keep your order together with the terms you accepted and email you a copy. Until you click the button, you can change anything. You conclude the contract in the language of this page.

How you pay

You pay monthly in advance using an available payment method shown on the payment page. This may be iDEAL | Wero, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, depending on the provider, your country and device. After iDEAL | Wero the following months are collected by SEPA Direct Debit from the same account; after a card or wallet they are charged to the same card. If you would rather pay by invoice, email us.

Invoices

For every payment you receive an invoice by email with our details, your company details, the VAT amount and a unique invoice number. With reverse charge it states "VAT reverse charged", with both VAT numbers. We send invoices electronically; by subscribing you agree to this. You can find them all in your customer portal.

If a payment fails

If a payment fails, we try again a few times over the following two weeks and you get an email to update your payment method. Your access stays open for those fourteen days. If the last attempt also fails, the subscription ends; anything still owed remains payable. If you do not pay an invoice on time, statutory commercial interest and collection costs of at least €40 are due.

Legal basis: Dutch Civil Code, articles 6:119a and 6:96(4) (commercial interest and at least €40).

Term, cancelling and 14 days money back

Premium runs monthly and renews automatically. You cancel in your customer portal or by email, with effect from the end of the current billing period, without giving a reason and at no cost.

14 days money back

As a business you have no statutory right of withdrawal. We do give our own guarantee: if you ask for your money back within 14 days of the start of your Premium subscription, you get the full amount back and the subscription stops. Email sales@theseo.nl with your order number. You receive a credit note.

Your data after the end

After the end you can still view and export your data for 90 days. After that we delete it, with an email beforehand; backup copies disappear within 30 days after that. Anything you are legally required to keep, you keep in your own records. We retain invoices and basic tax records for seven years. Where the VAT One Stop Shop (OSS) applies, we retain the records required for that scheme for ten years. This does not mean that we retain all content in your memory for that long.

Changes and liability

If the price or the service changes

We announce a price change at least one month in advance, with the start date; until that date you can cancel free of charge. If something material changes in Premium, we tell you in advance with a short explanation. Changes for security or legal reasons may take effect immediately.

Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damage, up to the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue. These limitations do not apply to intent or wilful recklessness on our part, death or personal injury, or where limitation is prohibited by law.

Which text prevails, complaints and governing law

If documents conflict, this order applies: mandatory law, a signed order confirmation, the data processing agreement (/verwerkersovereenkomst/) for personal data, these terms, and then the general terms and conditions (/voorwaarden/). Your own purchasing or other terms do not apply; we expressly reject them.

Email a complaint to sales@theseo.nl; how we handle it is set out on the complaints page (/klachten/). Dutch law applies to this contract; disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Legal basis: Dutch Civil Code, article 6:225(3) (expressly rejecting a reference to other terms).

Version 1.0, 17 October 2026. Applies only to new contracts for which this version was supplied and accepted before ordering. Previously accepted versions and existing separate rights remain unchanged.

Publicly released free skills remain free under their own licence. This subscription does not change that licence; third-party components retain their own licences.

Sources and version control

The main statutory points were checked on 17 October 2026 against Dutch Civil Code Book 6, Book 7, ACM on digital services, the withdrawal-function legislation and Directive 2011/83/EU. This is our own legal drafting, not a statement of external legal approval. The document version and PDF are recorded together; publishing this text does not authorise sales.
