Visual impression of a website. Not a customer result.
What you need to know
Can a new learner see what to request, and does it fit your teaching schedule?
Your website should explain lesson types, packages, pick-up areas and the next step. We build that foundation using your current information. An introductory lesson enquiry is not a booking; a full schedule needs a waiting-list option. Booking integrations are agreed separately.
01
Actual lesson types and packages, with lesson duration and included items.
02
A focused introductory lesson enquiry, or a waiting list when you are full.
03
A separate route for existing learners and verifiable Dutch CBR information.
The website helps learners choose and enquire. You confirm whether the lesson type, pick-up point and time in your schedule are suitable.
Costs and choices
The website. And the terms.
The agreed website, build, hosting and maintenance. We agree on pages, content and the enquiry journey before starting.
No upfront build fee. SEO, Google Ads and specialist integrations are discussed separately.
The first 24 months: €1,800 excluding VAT. Domain and email are separate. A webshop is a different offer from €150 a month.
If you leave earlier, you pay the remaining months at once. Your content is returned and your existing domain stays yours. The website itself does not transfer.
A visitor chooses a lesson type, views the package and shares a pick-up area and possible lesson times. A link to the school’s actual Dutch CBR listing sits alongside that enquiry route.
This is a proposed website structure, not a completed client case, a working booking demo or evidence of extra learners. The image is an illustration.
A beginner looking for automatic lessons has different questions from someone returning to a manual car after a break. We explain which lessons you actually provide, who they suit and how the first meeting works. Only lesson types, teaching languages and support you can deliver are included.
A visitor chooses the relevant lesson type before seeing its packages, approach and enquiry route. They should not have to complete a general contact form just to discover whether you can help.
02
Make lesson packages easy to understand
A package needs more than a headline price. We show the number of lessons, their duration, the price and the items included together. Theory, tests, extra lessons and a retest are identified separately when they are not included. The details come from your current offer, without invented discounts or sample prices.
An introductory lesson has its own explanation: duration, cost, purpose and what you discuss afterwards. If a suitable lesson plan can only be recommended after that meeting, we say so. A package is not a promise that someone will pass within a fixed number of lessons.
03
Collect what you need to discuss a first lesson
Lesson type, town or pick-up area, possible lesson times and a way to make contact are useful for the first enquiry. Previous driving experience can be a short, optional note. We agree the fields you need to respond, without requiring a lengthy enrolment before you have spoken.
The enquiry explains the next step: the driving school reviews it and confirms the appointment. We do not request identity documents, medical information or login details here. An acknowledgement of receipt is not a confirmed lesson and is not labelled as one.
04
Be specific about pick-up arrangements
A learner wants to know whether a lesson can start at home, school, a station or an agreed meeting point. We describe the arrangements that genuinely apply to your school, including any boundaries. A map can help explain them without suggesting additional branches or unlimited collection.
Instructor availability and possible lesson times belong in the same explanation. We do not generate a collection of near-identical town pages. A separate area page needs its own useful and verifiable information.
05
A full schedule needs a different next step
When you can take new learners, the website leads to an introductory lesson enquiry. When a lesson type or instructor is fully booked, a clear waiting list or a notice that you are not currently accepting learners is more useful. We agree who keeps this information current.
Joining a waiting list does not reserve a lesson. We explain why you will contact the applicant and collect only what is needed. Start dates, waiting times or available places are shown only when you can substantiate them. No countdown or manufactured scarcity is added.
06
Help learners check who they will learn with
Real photographs of instructors and cars, a recognisable business name and clear contact details show who provides the lessons. We use reviews and photographs only where you have permission to publish them. An illustrative design is never presented as a school for which we have already delivered results.
For Dutch CBR information, we link to the official Rijschoolzoeker. If you want to display your own pass figures, we check the listing and include test type, period, number of tests, source and check date. A percentage does not predict an individual learner’s result and is not a pass guarantee.
07
Give existing learners a separate entrance
Someone already taking lessons may be looking for their timetable, messages or learner account. They get a recognisable link to the system you already use, separate from new enquiries. We check the destination with you and do not create an imitation login screen.
Linking to the existing portal can be part of the website foundation. Moving learner records, synchronising calendars, accepting payments or automatically reserving lessons requires a separate integration. Existing access and appointments remain in place until any replacement is proven to work.
08
A clear website foundation, with integrations agreed separately
We build the agreed mobile-friendly pages for lessons, packages, instructors, service area and contact. We set up the agreed enquiry route and links to existing systems. Before building, we check current URLs and useful content so existing visitors do not arrive at a missing page.
The website price and terms appear with the offer. Live booking calendars, package payments and learner-software integrations are not automatically included. We first discuss the provider, capabilities, costs and responsibilities. The website subscription is not a promise to include every requested integration.
SEO and Google Ads are separate services. A clear website gives them a relevant destination, but does not guarantee rankings, learner numbers or returns. We discuss your capacity and current website before agreeing the work.
FAQ
Good to know.
Can learners book an introductory lesson immediately?+
The website can receive an introductory lesson enquiry, which you then confirm. Direct booking with real available times needs a suitable calendar integration that is separately agreed and tested.
Can manual and automatic lessons share one website?+
Yes. We give each a clear choice when you genuinely offer both, with the relevant packages, instructors and enquiry route. Visitors can see which information applies to their selection.
What happens when our timetable is full?+
The next step can change to a waiting list or a notice that you are not currently taking learners. You control the current capacity. A waiting-list enquiry does not guarantee a place or a start date.
Can we keep our learner portal?+
Yes. A clear link to the existing portal keeps current learners out of the introductory lesson route. Technical integration or data migration is discussed separately; existing access is not casually replaced.
Can we display our Dutch CBR figures?+
We can show your own verified information with a source link. We include the relevant period, test type, number of tests and check date. Without that support we do not publish a pass percentage or guarantee.
Does the website include SEO and Google Ads?+
No. Those are separate services. The website explains your offer and enquiry route. We discuss organic visibility or advertising separately, taking account of your goals, service area and teaching capacity.
