The rule at the top of this page is that there is no go-live while a required step is still open. As a list that reads like six things you tick off one by one; as a drawing you see what it is really about. Step 05 points to the documents you sign or accept at the start: the terms that apply to you, the data processing agreement and the sub-processor list. Those documents are in Dutch and there is no translated version, because a translated legal text without a lawyer moves your position without telling you. This checklist is the working method around them and does not replace them.
