Where Jarvis sits in the list

Look in the block about the suppliers behind our software. That is where the parties in the architecture of our products sit, with what they are used for and where they process the data, including the country. It says explicitly that those parties do not automatically process data belonging to every customer: what applies in your case is in the annex to your data processing agreement and in your order confirmation. If you are judging a transfer from your own country, the country column is the one to read first.

Two things people often ask

If you connect your own AI account to Jarvis, you decide which provider that is and on what terms it works. And a provider being on the list does not mean it sees your content: that depends on which parts you use and on what has been recorded in your annex.

When a party is added

The procedure for that is on the list itself, in the chapter about what happens when a party is added. Changes that touch your arrangements run through the data processing agreement, not through a product page.
