What happens to your data sits in one text.

That text is the privacy statement of TheSEO. It applies to the whole organisation, so to Jarvis as well. It is on this site in English as well as Dutch, and Dutch law governs it either way. This page only says where to look when you use Jarvis, and which supervisory authority you can turn to.

Where to go

If you want to know which data we process, what for, with which parties and for how long, read the privacy statement. It also sets out your rights and where you can file a complaint. We are established in the Netherlands, so our lead supervisory authority is the Dutch one. If you are in the United Kingdom you can also go to the Information Commissioner's Office, and if you are in Ireland to the Data Protection Commission. What stands here is explanation alongside the product and changes nothing in the statement.

If this explanation says something different from one of those documents, the document applies. That order is set out in the terms: first mandatory law, then your order confirmation, then the data processing agreement, then the terms for your product, and only after that public explanation such as this page.
